Engineering reverted the chassis to the original NSX coupe's stiffness, deleted the targa roof, fitted a fixed glass moonroof, added manual rack-and-pinion steering, BBS forged wheels, firmer dampers, and a one-piece rear wing. Each Zanardi carries a numbered plaque on the passenger-side dashboard, signed by Zanardi himself in early cars.
